No. He has two sisters who look just like him. His sister Joan has been in lots of movies. They have actually been in several movies together. Check out Say Anything or Sixteen Candles.

thats his sister joan. and yes, they do look ridiculously similar. john has been in alot more movies than his sister so thats probably why you didn't know about her.
