http://members.yahoo.com you can search for people on Yahoo various ways with this although there are plently on fake profiles on Yahoo just put up for advertising fi you dont narrow down your search the first ones on the list will always be these (bots) advertisers.

When I open my address book, any of my contacts who are online have a smiley preceding their address. I don't know where you could would get a list of all Yahoo users online. Have you tried Help from the Yahoo mail page?

How would you ever have time to go through a list that huge? It would be impossible as it constantly changes.
