its the latitude and longitude of the 2 countries where she adopted her 2 children from.

It used to say Bill Bob for her ex Billy Bob Thorton but she had that lasered off and it now says the coordinates which represent where she adopted Maddox (N11° 33’ 00” E104° 51’ 00”) and Zahara (N09° 02’ 00” E038° 45’ 00”); . I believe she also has one on her left arm that says A prayer for the wild at heart, kept in cages but that's lower. She also has the roman numeral 13 on her left forearm.

Bradjelia flew to Tibet and had a small team of Bedouin midgets redo her tattoo into a list of all the countries she hopes to adopt from.
When they ran out of space on her arm they finished the list on her neck and upper back.
They then tattooed a crucifix on her foot with Angelina hanging on it, tears streaming down her cheeks.
When asked what this new tattoo meant She said "I'm just trying to save the world, shut up and take my picture."

well the dragon was for billy but she doesn't really want that anymore so she covered it up i think with a prayer or something in a different language
