Sexual assault is most assuredly different thanSexual HARRASMENT.
Harrassment is defined as any unwarranted action or statement which causes the receiver to be uncomfortable.
Harrassment can be a crude joke, told inthe wrong company. It can be inappropriate touching. It can also be calls in themiddle of thenight to ask about NON Work related activity.
The first thing you MUST do is to let this guy (orgirl) know - politely and informationally - that you are uncomfortable and that you consider the actions Harrassment AND that you expect them to stop. This usually stops a lot of people.
If they continue, contact the HR folks at your company or a lawyer.

Tell him that you will report him for sexual harrassment. Keep a record of anything he does or says of a sexual nature. You could be awarded a huge settlement by the courts.
