it something like thiss... a difference of charges or an imbalance of charges (+ and -) on two ends causes lightning bolt coneecting those two ends...but after it happens the charges are balanced now...so lightning wont happen at the same exact place twice...

That's just an old saying that has nothing to do with lightning. Lightning can strike the same object once, twice, three times, etc.

It can and does, metal pylons get struck all the time.
It is unlikly in nature that lightening will strike in the same place twice because lightening tends to destroy what ever it's hits the first time
