I would advise you to wait until you're married. I plan on first having sex on my wedding night. I've talked to many who have waited and NONE of them regret it. They all say it's the best thing they could have ever done, saving themselves for their husband/wife.

When you are ready, do not feel pressured and love the person you are with. Don't let your friends make you feel bad if you aren't ready, they are probably exagerating their own experiences anyway.

Also it's always a good idea to see your doctor before hand to sort out contraception.

Make sure he/she/it is your best friend first. Don't just have sex with anyone who's willing. Sex is just the action - love is the verb.
