You could contact someone in that person's family. Email the person. Contact the person's church. Contact someone (not in his/her family) who knows the person. Or you could go to 411.com. But it's not real free, because for full detials, including street address, you have to buy a report. But it costs less than $50.

if you mean over the internet, it's easy - you could use Yahoo! personals or just use this Q&A forum - it may take some time, but you'll hook up.
If you mean out in the real world - girls have it made. The world will flock to your door if you let it be known that you want to meet people - you just have to be careful how you actually meet them - make it public at first!
