Aluminum sulfate is an ionic compound and has a melting point of 770 degrees C. Therefore, your chances of buying it in the liquid form is essentially nil. If you could convert your gallons into grams, using the density of Al2(SO4)3 (2.71 g/mL for the solid stuff at 25C, unknown for your application), then you might stand a chance. At roughly $6 for a 4-lb container (used as a soil acidifier), you are talking about a tremendous amount of money...and if you want it in liquid form, you will need to work out how much to figure in for the fact that this substance is naturally a hydrate.

Unless you work for a company that has clearance to purchase this substance, you will be unable to get it in the amounts you are looking for, which are fairly ludricrous to begin with. I take it you are not a professional, as you did not capitalize letters appropriately.

Alum is easily got in India. It is used in homes where they do not have a water filter and they swirl it round in the water and in seconds you see the dirt go to the base of the vessel and all you do then is strain it. Try an Indian grocery store. It you are in London try to get it from Quality super market in Southall as they have everything imaginable Indian product.
