You should check with your doctor. I lost a baby at 6-8 weeks from stress.

Usually you just go about your life as usual, but some times there are situations that arise that you arent expecting. Mine was family trouble with some cousins.

If you can remove yourself from the situation thats stressing you out, or find some stress management classes, or something.

Not eating is a huge ordeal. Try some ensure whenever you can get it down. When you do manage to eat, make it something worth while, like some good lean meat, or some healthy dairy.

Also, take a prenatal.

I'd go see your doctor and find ways to curb this before it results in something terrible. Stress management classes might be really good for you. Its not good to allow yourself to stress over things. I learned that AFTER losing a baby. Now i dont stress over anything. IF people want to hate me, or get angry with me thats their problem, i have a baby to care for.

Oh, i wanted to add too, that if you're not eating from morning sickness try 25ml of b6 vitamin three times a day. It works WONDERS. i thought it was a doctors wives tale, like a placebo to just shut me up. Well its true. It doesnt help wonderfully.

You can't just think of yourself now. Your baby is depending on you for life. No matter what is going on in your life you need to get a grip and put your priorities in order. Life is stressful!!! Its not always easy or fair...thats the fun part though...you never know what is going to happen 2morrow. As long as you have 2morrow...you have hope. Trust me...you will be more stressed out than this when the baby arrives. Its stressful with money, sleep, time, and energy. Take a deep breath and relax! Life could be worse.

Try not to care so much about too much. I'm pretty far along and I almost allowed stress to get the best of me. Do what makes you happy and don't expect much from people. You'll take everything personal if you do and sometimes people don't mean things the way you take it. Just continue to educate yourself about your pregnancy and take it a week at a time with a positive focus and pray!
