you won't, you can never tell. you have to judge on what the person says and make the decision for yourself. most people who say they're well, not right, are just doing so because they want the attention or because they think they are (having heard so much about it) but are mistaken. For example, if a woman comes into a bar and you notice that she has absolutely humongous boobs, it's not that you're attracted to them, it's just that you notice them (which is completely normal) and you feel you shouldn't. but i don't know, why should you really care if she is or not?

Here's a thought - take her out to a crowded place - mall, boardwalk, baseball game... and watch closely at the people she's watching - is she looking at men or women?
