Im part 1 year 3 part time and Im currently working for a practice in croydon. they treat me really badly and shout at me. Ive just been called completely incompetent. How can I make my situation better so that they treat me right and give me some work so that I dont have to print and make tea all day

I suppose the choices are:
1) Get your stuff together and find another job or go back and finish off your Part 1
2) Find out what they're unhappy about and improve - prove that you can do and are willing and eager to do more than just print and make tea all day.
You guys have it easy these days. Back in my days it was scraping ink off tracing paper for revisions. Imagine 40 hours a week with a razor blade and rolls of tracing paper in the print room stinking of ammonia.
