Yes, both.
My opinion might be, while I am standing inside my house, that the weather will be wet outside when, in fact, it is raining but I did not know that. So, my opinion was a fact.

A fact that there is a low amount of ozone today overhead might have been someone's opinion based upon the unusually bright sunlight (his opinion could or could not have been a fact but, lucky for him, it was).

So one opinion was a fact and one fact was, also, an opinion even though neither are the same in all cases.

The more I think about the more it confuses me. If an opinion is a fact, that fact can be quoted as an opinion. So both are same.

opinion is not a fact cause its only a thought that someone believe its right and a fact could be an opinion but having more meaning.

Opinion does not require a fact to be demonstrated or presented.
A fact will most generally create an opinion from its own forum.

A fact can concur with an opinion, but an opinion is by definition not a fact.

it can go either way an opinion can be stated from a fact and a fact can be discovered upon opinion
