well the fact is you cant remove them unless you undergone surgery but you can lessen it by exercising, applying creams or lotions..stretch marks are part of our lives and even men have stretch marks. Accept them as part of your body and dont be ashamed of them...

there is no real way other than surgery to remove them, but there are creams and lotions out there that will help lessen the appearance. also with time they start to fade on there own. stretch marks are part of life, and something like 90% of women have them...trust me when i say men don't notice nor care, it's only us that become obsessed with them. be proud of your body stretch marks and all.

Shea & Coco butter are the best and they do fade with time but they're always there. There are laser surgeries by plastic surgeons that claim to remove them. GOOD LUCK

u cant remove them but u can fade them using a cream/oil that is high on vitamin e. like cocoa butter... rub it on an hour before u bathe. also abstain from scratching urself during ur period... it increases stretchmarks.

You don't. You learn to live with them and view them as battle scars that you can be proud of!
