Does anyone own the Creative Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 Digital (Model SB0100)?

If so, can you please tell me if it originally came with a Dell system? What kind of software came bundled with it (besides just the drivers)? And if it DID come with a Dell system, which Dell system did it come with?
