I agree with theallknowingscouser. Jeff Buckley had some very heart wrenching songs and his beautiful voice just made the songs all the more heart wrenching.

That song by REM where the people are in the road way stuck in traffic... can't remember the name of the song. I think its 'everybody hurts'
Candle's in wind by Elton John for Princess Diana funeral, every time i hear it makes me so sad, close to tears because she was truly a beautiful person inside out, she did a lot for the world and the song also reminds me of such good people that have passed away like people in family etc.

I think Jeff Buckley's song "Last Goodbye" is the most beutiful song ever written. It's about a couple splitting up who do love each other but there differences have got to much to them and they have to split up:

there is a song by a guy called Steve Taylor, called 'Baby Doe', which is about a handicapped baby whose parents went to court to win the right to leave him to die in the hospital, as they said they wouldn't be able to look after him. I don't listen to it much, as it is so powerful, but ther is one line "some call the parents brave" that I almost can't listen to.
I am finding it difficult to write this, because I am thinking about it.
