If your a customer of Wanadoo/Orange they let you host a site for free but you have to have their domain as part of the site name
you can get a free web address from www.dot.tk

Look up geocities but they always add crappy adverts! Check this page out also http://www.freewebspace.net/. I host a site through pipex and they are good but cost £6.99 a month but no adverts! All you do is choose a domain name then upload his files and graphics up to their server and wham bam thank you ma'am! PS Make sure he has called his main page home or index as most hosts look for this naming standard! Peace!

just click the sign up button.
I especially like that they do not add any ads to your page.
