SCOTLAND's all previous appearance in the World Cup was no better that the 1st round group stage. ENGLAND have won it in 1966 & finished 4th in 1990.
but SCOTLAND won more cups than ENGLAND? which one?

Because the Scots are realists where as the English soft souless hyped nancy boys who fall flat on their faces everytime. When England lost on penalties AGAIN the rest of the world sighed in relief, then danced round the room. Maybe it was just in Wales and Scotland.
Not so sure about the cups there fella. Do you mean a real mans game like rugby?
But England only ever won it or came close once and they were lucky!!!
The key is not to listen to the English coz its just spurious BS. Talk lots do little, thats their motto.

In club level I would pick Scottish teams to be more glorious, look at Celtic n Rangers. Sheffield Wed, ManU, Arsenal, came and went but Celtic are as still as still as the Polaris.
Although I am a Milan fan I like Scottish football cos they play like
woad warriors and pliz ask an english club fan has anyone of their club won cups like Celtic, 96 cups I guess, beat that.

They have not a good world cup record. England has made it to the quarterfinal 3 times in a row. And the thing is they don't have a star player. Consistent performance is also a factor.

If you are talking football, lets face it currently Scotland are a bit poo. Back in the 80s' and late 70s' they had some bloody good players. But which cups were you referring to?

well cos english ppl h8 scottish ppl n scotland is under the ruling of england so y wudnt english ppl underate a small country like scotland! n scottish football league sucks!

I dont under rate them. They have been genuinely crap for a long time but maybe things will get better with Wattie in charge and no money in the game forcing the clubs to develop young Scots.

cause they think we're just a bunch of wee backwards numpties - saying that we 3 of the 4 top MP's in England are Scottish! lol
oh and just for those that don't know who they are, it's the home secretary, the chancellor and of course - THE PRIME MINISTER! the only one that aint is 2 jags. Oh and of course there's always 1967.....
