Well, if he is in your life wouldnt that mean you ARE with him??? MAybe you may want to ask him if he sees a future for the 2 of you. You have not provided enough details for me to answer this question any other way.

If he is with his current wife, why are you hanging around?
If he's always got commitments that cause him not to be with you full time, then you aren't that important to him.
I'm interested in why you aren't with him as you would like to be...my guess is he's not all that "into" you.
