Warhol was cagey and would have experience on his side. Plus as a "Pop" artist maybe he could pop around the ring. However, Basquiat had even wilder hair, which implies a wilder pugilistic style.

Look at that famous photo of the 2 of them in boxing attire, by Michael Halsband. You can see that Basquiat's got reach on Warhol! My money's on Basquiat in 3 rounds.
