We want to see the transformation of a star to a planate if the theory is right

A star is a delicate balance of gravity and a fusion reaction. When a star "cools down" that means it's running out of fuel. One of two things happen in this case. Either the star implodes (depending on size either creating a black whole, white dwarf or neutron star) or the star Explodes in what we call a supernova. Either case it becomes a battle between the gravitational pull of the core and the explosive force of the fusion reactions. The answer above me was correct..the planets form from the left overs of a the explosion. I.E. if our sun was to explode...before it did so it would swell up to the point that most of the planets Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, most of the asteroid belt and probably jupiter would all be incinerated. After that...the gravitational pull would be overtaken by the explosive power and the sun would supernova. Never fear though. most scientest believe that our sun will actually swell up until it runs out of fuel...and then implode on itself into a dwarf star. Earth will sadly be toast before then though....

The planets are not cooled suns! The planets are formed from the rest that didn't go to the star itself.

The Universe is a big place, stars do not cool to become planets, its the material given off by dead stars or the outer reaches of their disks which become planets.

It is not the belief that planets are cold suns...so your entire question is based on wrong information.
