It is the 2nd lowest place on earth's surface. The 1st lowest is the Dead Sea in Israel and Jordan. But your question said "earth's dry land", so the Turpan Depression is the correct answer.
It is 120 meters or so below sea level. That's more than 3 times as deep as Death Valley in California.
It's located in the northwest province of Xinjiang in China, and it is also the hottest place in China and known for its fabulous grapes and melons.
