How to block certain sites from opening with Firefox?

I just swithched from IE & I can't find anything that could work as parental control in Firefox options, for example I don't know how to block myspace. How can I do that?

I wish I was on my home computer since I could answer there, but I don't have firefox here, sadly. However, I did come across this product... apparently it's free for 14 days. I haven't tried it though.
