Sounds like you are in early labor. I'm glad to hear you got your butt off here and to an ER! I hope your baby is okay (Usually by 8 months, you're in the safe zone-still premie but great chance of survival with a normal life).

The pains you are describing I had starting about a week before I had my baby, and that's the only pain I ever had as far as contractions and labor and delivery. But if your water broke, you need to call the doctor, and probably go have your baby. My water broke, but it ended up being a 'high leak', meaning I had some water come out, but the doctor still had to break it fully at the hospital to further things.

With a ordinary being pregnant that's having no headaches it's ordinary for them to not deliver you a blood scan to verify being pregnant. Most Dr's would possibly not see you till you're eight-10 weeks alongside. They would deliver you an united statesto see how a long way alongside you're considering there's a query of notion date, however mostly a girl has her first usa 18-20 weeks if there aren't any headaches and also you don't seem to be doing the eleven-14 week beginning disorder checking out. . If you have got demonstrated being pregnant with a urine scan a blood scan isn't quintessential. Urine assessments can simplest become aware of HCG stages when they succeed in 25-50. So if the urine scan is confident then the blood scan shall be too. Really the one time they do a blood scan is whilst a girl is having headaches or is getting terrible HPTs however nonetheless thinks she is pregnant.

Call your OB and tell them. If your water broke you would either feel a gush of water or a slow trickle. When the pain is that close together and there seems to be a pattern it is most likely that you are in labor.

If your water broke (with or without contractions you need to be seen immediately). If your water is just leaking a bot they can sometime fix the tear, but if not - they will need to deliver the baby withing 24 to 48 hours depending on your doctor.

You will know when you are in labor TRUST ME! I had Braxton Hicks or Practice Contractions for about a month and a half before my son was born. I was constantly in Labor and Delivery because of them! I When your water breaks it feels like someone poured a glass of warm water down your legs or some say buckets of water! Just go to Labor and Delivery or call you OBGYN and see what their opinion is, its your first child so they will understand your concern.
BEST OF LUCK TO YOU!
and
HAPPY MOTHERHOOD! :o)

Call the doc asap. He/she can check if your water truly broke or if it is something else. If it is, then the baby cant stay in there much longer because of the risk of infection. The doc or midwife would rather have you call and have it be nothing than have something happen and not know so they can help you. Best wishes!

The pain feels like really bad menstrual/period cramps.

For your benefit and your baby's benefit...get off the computer and get in the car or call 911 and go to the hospital because apparently you are about to deliver soon.
