It should only be mounted by 9 screws, why would you use a drill? It's quite possible to damage the motherboard if you use a drill and slip, the board is a complex sandwich of circuit boards and any damage will stop it working. Only tiny copper tracks in some cases.

It would be best if you just remove the mounting screws using a screwdriver. Otherwise, you may slip with the drill, and cause irreparable damage to your motherboard! Only if the motherboard is already junk. You would be much better off removing all of the screws that hold it in place.
One seemingly minor slip with the drill and you could destroy your motherboard.
