Congratulations... welcome to the twins club! Double the trouble, double the fun, double the love and don't I know it! I fed my twin daughters on demand it was approx every four hours. Have you started weaning them onto baby foods yet? I weaned mine at 4 months. I would give them their usual milk in the morning and some baby porridge (only a couple of spoonfuls each) if they didn't eat the baby food I was not to concerned as they were still taking the milk. Gradually the demand for milk will decrease the more you introduce foods.
As for bathing when mine were 3 months I would bath them in the morning and top and tail them in the evening. I didn't give them baths in the evening until they were able to sit up. I then invested in 2 bath seats for them and I would sit them facing each other in the bath. They loved it and had a lot of fun and I was able to bath them on my own. I would bath them in the early evening as a part of the wind down routine. Bath, milk and cuddle, bed. My girls are almost 3 now and its still the routine! I hope you find my advice helpful and you can always email me if you would like any more advice.

In terms of feeding - most babies eat about 3-4 oz. every 2-3 hours at that age (during the day)...if they sleep through the night, great! Dont wake them to feed. I wouldnt bathe them more than once a day - if they get rashes, then cut it down even more - excessive bathing can irritate their sensitive skin. I would bathe them atleast once a week though. I bathe my daughter twice a week and she does okay. Her skin is sensitive, so I dont want to break her out by over washing. (she is 6 months old)

Usually about every 4 hours is good, but if that too long for them to wait, they'll let you know! You should only bathe them about 2-4 times/week, to much bathing will dry out the delicate skin.

hi ya, you can either feed them on demand or set times - some people do every 3/4 hours. with regards to the bathing you can either bath them at night and strip wash them in the morning or bath them morning and night. Good luck!

I put my son on a schedule of eating every 3 hours. Some people say to feed them when they are hungry, but if you get them on some type of schedule it will be better for the both of you. I have bathed my son everyday since his cord fell off. My doctor said it was fine,I DO use a gentle cleanser though. CETAPHIL!!

Well you had the time to learn all this while you were pregnant but feed them when they are hungry, thats more logical. It's good to bathe them day and nite. If you have the AC on..make sure its on the right temperature for those babies.

You feed them on demand. When they get hungry you either breast feed or fix a bottle..whichever you are doing. Bathing infants too often can dry out their delicate skin...This come from Nurses & doctors at Children's Hospital. 2-3 X per week until they are active (Crawling/walking) is plenty.

Feed them in interval or whenever they are hungry.Bathe them once a day. And maybe just wipe them with a wet cloth to beat the heat.

1) Congratulations (double trouble, hey)
2) Feed them as often as they want you to
3) I bathe my 11 week old baby twice a day at the moment because it is hot (he loves water!!)

Enjoy!!!

I think that if, now that they are 3 months old, you are asking this for the first time that you have left it a bit late.
Surely your midwife/docotr/nurse will have given you info on this already.
