I went to raw (on tv), i had 2nd section seats (not floor) and that was $55. I went to a non-televised show, and had about 7th row and that was $52. It just depends on what kind of show you are going to see. I would assume PPVs would be much more, around $75 for a decent seat and $100 for ringside

$40 for a top seat for a WWE houseshow sounds right. If your on a budget, I recommend finding out if your area has any local promotions, as these will be much cheaper, and the action will be better.

Simply put, WWE matches are watered down from what they used to be. If a match goes longer than 5 minutes, I'm amazed. TNA has better matches, and wouldn't cost as much, but they do limited touring.

At one time, WWE (at the time, WWF) matches had 10, sometimes 20 minute time limits, and often went the distance. When was the last time we saw a good time limit draw to set up a good feud?

ECW is nothing, (from what I've seen on TV) compared to what it use to be. The new ECW is nothing more than a WWE brand, and we have jokingly refered to it as the WWECW. ECW used to be the place to go if you wanted all out action. Now, I'd have to give that crown to TNA's X-Division.

If you do have a local promotion, the matches will be better, even if the 'stars' aren't as big. The wrestlers involved are trying to work their way up, so are more likely to put out their all trying to get the attention of the WWE, or TNA franchises.

It's been a couple of years since I've seen wrestling live, but when I did (in California), house shows cost about $40/ticket; TV tapings/live shows, $50; PPV tix were more like $75 if I remember correctly.

Go to www.ticketmaster.com and look up WWE events. You can get a good idea what tickets prices are like nowadays.

Well i went to the one in buffalo a few days back and i got 2 tickets for 80$ but I was also in the 4th row. Try and get the costly ones because if you get the 20$ you can't see crap I tryed all the seats before and they suck excpet for the 40$ and 80$.
Good luck

depends
you talking wwe, ecw, local shows...?
last time I went to wwe it was 40 bucks a ticket, but they were floor seats, second row.
I've been to ecw recently and the seats were 10 bucks. good seats, but not right up front.
local shows, beh, 5 bucks, maybe 10 if they have some old timer showing up or something.
PPV events are much more expensive, and forget about getting a ticket to mania for less than 2 grand.
Cheers
