I am expecting a group of 25 participants and I want to introduce time management through a group dynamics excercise.

Get these 25 participants sorted out into 5 teams or 3 teams, throw a 10 mins or 15 mins project that entails group cooperation, time management and no non-sense output. For example, assigment to come up with advertisement layout, wordings, and presentation of a certain topic/product/service - give them 10 or 15 mins max to accomplish this, after which, they will need to do a 3 minuete presentation on it. It works.

give each group a list of things to get done in 1 day. (maybe typical things you would encounter such as work, make dinner, watch tv or maybe silly things just for fun) have them prioritize the list and write how long they should spend for each item. After they are finished, each group reports to everyone. (See if they are missing a few hours in the day or ran over 24 hours in their planning) Tie their answers in with your presentation.
