Serena Is the better player right now. Even though Venus has stepped up her game she is not as consistent as Serena has been. I think once Venus gets her confidence back she can reverse the role. Looking at Venus' form the way she has played her last two match she can stay healthier longer by keeping her matches short. I would not be surprised if when their careers are over Venus outshines Serena but if it all ended today Serena had the best results.

Williams is a welsh name in origin, and means "son of William" (similarly Jones means "son of John"). Since there were lots of people called William, there were consequently lots of people who ended up with the surname Williams. Some of these people are related, and others aren't. Since the surname was very common long before birth records were introduced, it is of course impossible to know which families are related unless the connection is relatively recent (within the last 150 years or so). As far as I know there is no such recent relationship between the various celebrities you mention (other than between Venus and Serena, obviously).
