I spilled Pepsi on my laptop! Now my Toshiba Satellite M45-S165 won,t work, help tech savvy people!?
All I can get is a black screen with white lettering.
towards the end it says:

Mouse Initialized
ERROR
Resource conflict-PCI Network Controller in slot 03 BUS: 02, Device: 07 Function:00

to load defaults (doesn't work when I try it)
to set up (brings up a screen with alot of stuff, I'm afraid to mess with)

Oh, and yes most of the pepsi got underneath the mouse buttons, and some on the keybaord!

Your help would be appreciated!

You have Pepsi in the internal workings. It probably can be cleaned by a knowledgeable tech. You may have to replace the controller card. Bite the bullet and take it to a Toshiba repairman. Next time drink straight alcohol.

Don't use your laptop until you are sure it is completedly dry. Otherwise, a short circuit might happen. Try to apply a compressed air to the laptop for a few minutes. Who knows, it will work to eliminate the pepsi and the problem gone. Got nothing to lose anyway.

Beer is not good either for your health. Drink mineral water next time. Although it is still not good for a laptop :)
