There is too much work with not enough people to do it. I don't really know exactly what to do as I've not received proper training and I don't like being under pressure all the time as mistakes occur and I like my work to be correct not rushed and wrong.

How much time do you have? Here goes: I hate this old office building. I hate these rich, white men and their fancy cars hoarding all the money and not giving us more of it. I hate the people who's lack of planning now constitutes an emergency on my part. I hate that the account executives act like little butt-kissing order-takers for the clients - the client doesn't always know what's best. I'm a writer...I run spellcheck on my ads...don't argue with me about spelling or word usage when you can't spell. I hate that my boss doesn't feel like working so he'll dump more work on me when I'm already booked solid with projects...sure, I don't mind taking yet another thing home you big dumb goat! I didn't want to enjoy my life outside of the office, which is the sole reason I drag my butt to work everyday...to pay for my new car, for my cruddy apartment and try to have a decent life despite hating this job with a passion.

Incidentally, if anyone needs a senior writer in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL area, please post a message for me. I'm worth every penny.

Its such a dreary depressing atomosphere. The office looks like a flashback of someones basement in the 70's
panaled walls, and a rust colored carpet. All the people here are miserable with rotton teeth because the company does not offer dental benefits. Hopefully my teeth don't fall out before I find another job.

The fact that we have periods when there isn't any work to do and I get so bored I have to come here and answer the questions posed by people as sad as yourself. I hate it because I could use the time lost to be doing much better things, such as putting a skewer through your trachea.

I hate the fact that it's dished out unfairly, so some people get and easier day than others. I can't stand the lazy ones, who shirk work,by disappearing for ages. In fact apart from my friend, who works there, I can't stand a thing about it.

No real responsibility - because I'm a temp. Nothing interesting or mentally engaging - because I'm a temp. No friendly colleagues - they're all ancient and too busy and don't want to talk to the temp anyway. Low pay - because I'm a temp. Management is stupid and sucks - because of a lack of education and a lack of a meritocracy in the UK.

I am in management. Hard to accept the fact that when ANYONE at the facility does something wrong that I have to ultimately accept the blame.
