Always sleep nude and have for 40 years. It feels good not to be constrained by clothing when you're asleep. Also, for women, it lets your vaginal area breathe and helps prevent yeast infections.

There's nothing wrong with sleeping in the nude. It's just hard for me to sleep in the nude because I'll be thinking "what if something happens in the middle of the night and I have to get out of the house fast and can't put on clothes?" or "what if something happens to me in the middle of the night and someone has to save me?" or "what if someone breaks in and I'm naked?".

It's ok to sleep nude but do remember some points. Change your bed-sheets every week because you constantly perspire. Always cover yourself with blanket, else you may catch a chill or worse, rheumatism. Be sure to moisturize your body before bed-time unless you want your skin to become like elephant skin. It's ok for men to sleep nude but ladies, please take care of your abdomine. Don't expose while sleeping. We have a womb to protect, yah?

In Spore, i dont think there is a problem with sleeping in the buff.
However if you are residing in other countries where the temperature drops in the night, its best to wear at least a light layer of clothing, so as not to catch a chill.

you get comfortable sleep in whatever form or position you sleep. Your clothing has nothing to do with sleep. But it is the comfort, which you get with loose cotton clothing which lets air inside and absorbs the sweat, and gives protection for the skin which is a necessity and we are living in the civilized world and not in the far away forests as animals.
