When you had your first period did you feel nautious ,have diariia,and couldnt eat and flet tired all the time????and had bad heart burn???

anything to make me feel better???

and feeling cold?

will i throw up?? my mom says i wont.

and ache legs??

yes, all those things can come along with your period. Some months are better than others. I have had all of the things you describe at one time or another. For being tired you can try to get more than your usual amount of sleep. For the nausea, you can try sipping ginger-ale, or coke... you need to try to eat something...sometimes an empty stomach can cause you to have nausea and heart burn....try eat something bland like some saltines. It won't always be this rough...

hMz.. am I considered lucky or not? My first period doesn't feel painful or anything. In fact, i was totally un-aware until i feel 'wet' down there. After going to the toilet for a pee, i realised my panties were blooded.
But as years gone by, periods became more painful. But the pain is tolerable.
Try not to think about it and concentrate on other things. U will feel better.
