If you've seen a doctor and he/she has ruled out any immediate or serious threat to your health, you might want to consider seeing a chiropractor.
Chiropractic is founded in the principle that the Central Nervous System (brain, spinal cord, and nerves) controls EVERY function of our bodies. When the vertebrae are misaligned (what chiropractic calls a subluxation), they can pinch the nerves that run out between them. A pinched nerve is not communicating properly with the brain, and this may result in pain, numbness/tingling, or any type of general malfunction in that nerve's corresponding body part. This is why chiropractic has tremendous success in helping people with numbness and tingling of the hands and feet.
Chiropractors adjust the vertebrae and move them back into the proper position, thus removing the neural interference and restoring function to the nervous system. If you do decide to see a chiropractor, just take the time to find a good one near you. Ask family and friends for recommendations, visit a few different offices, and choose the DC you are most comfortable with. No matter what you decide to do, I wish you the best of luck!

For one thing, if you have no idea what is causing the numbness and tingling then you need to have a check up and find the cause. Then decide what to take for it. Just taking anything without knowing why it is happening isn't going to help much. I have numbness and tingling in the arms from an old neck injury which has become arthritic. The problem is worse when I sleep on too many pillows. So I just don't anymore..simple. However, it could be a myriad of other causes for yours. See a Dr.

This could be caused by a spinal injury or even a neurological thing. You should get it checked out. A lot of folks have herniated disk and don't realize it until things like this show up. Good luck hope it gets better.

Eat something if you hungry (not fastfood or whatever like it), then sleep 1-2 hours. When u wake up, walk some to a park, feed some animal, love world, -if you have- kiss your child and your love, -if you dont have anybody to be your love- find someone to love, love is good, dont watch TV or dont spend much time in front of the PC...

Go to the doctor. OR get up off of your butt and do some exercise! You can take aspirin with food to increase your circulation. But if these things don't work, don't wait till you really get sick. Go see a doc.

Get off the computer and go for a walk. You are probably restricting your circulation.
