Highlight the words, copy and paste.
Highlight by clicking the left mouse button, hold it down and drag over the words you want to use.
Hit ctrl+c on the keyboard with everything highlighted. This copies the words.
Then find the place you want the words to go and hit ctrl+v (also on keyboard). This will paste the words in. This works in all windows applications.
