Find a girl/woman with the same values he has, so that a situation such as this isn't likely to repeat itself.
People get involved with each other too quickly. They are attracted by looks and personality, but sometimes need to spend the time digging down, having meaningful discussions about morals and values. That way if or when a serious situation comes up, they each know what to expect of the other.
Try to let go of the past. The future will be brighter.

I don't know exactly what happened here. But I do believe that God is able to forgive you when fornicate and abort a child. You need to get your heart right with God. NO God is not for sex outside of marriage (The Bible says, keep your marriage bed pure - and to flee from sexual immorality.) The Bible also says to choose life so that you may live - do not choose death and do not shed innocent blood. Abortion is about shedding blood of somone who has done nothing wrong to you nor did they have a choice in the matter. If you had no choice in the matter of your child being aborted than you have to realize that the whole fault is upon the individual who did it. I would suggest you ask God to forgive you - and He will because He loves you so much - and maybe talk to the woman whom you had relations with and tell her how wrong you were. She may not think she did anything wrong, but tell her your side. And about the abortion, leave it in God's hand. He knows the whole story. He has enough grace and mercy to help through this tough time. Let it go and learn from this situation and don't put yourself in this scenario again. Don't look back after you asked for God's forgiveness - move forward and onward to make better choices in life.

Both parties should have used birth control. Since the girl became pregnant she should have offered the father the opportunity to raise the child on his own with out her. I feel bad for the guy. He should just stay away from her. she is a murderer. Time heals all wounds. I'm sorry for his loss.

I would tell him next time put a rain coat on. This young woman my have a future ahead of her that does not involved being a mother. Any one can give birth but not every woman is ready to be a mother.

well unlike the other one who answered you I would say
teach him how to live because having a relationship that is not a marital one should have less sex than a normal one so that you won't end up having a baby that you are not ready yet to handle
so you should say tohim that it was their fault not just his!!!
and that he should be more carefull
and if a woman want's to approach him I would advice her to be very gentle and take things real slow becuase his confidence in women is shattered

you as the dad had an option. but the question is how old was she and how old are you? maybe the reason you didn't do anything is because you are to scared to confront the law. if you love your child then its your decision ( i don't know both of you and I'm ashamed really) I'm 17 have a kid work and i don't complain i took responsibility for my actions....
