There is an interesting story that goes something like this...
When Christopher Columbus's armada showed up at the West Indies, the natives were unable to see the ships. The reason is because it was so far and away from anything they could imagine, their brains simply refused to process the visual information. The native tribes Shaman
(or wise man), however, one day noticed strange ripples in the water and began to wonder what was causing the water to act this way. After a few days he began to see the ships. He shared this information with his tribe and because they trusted and believed him, soon they all could see the ships too!
My point is that although somethings do exist, because of fear, or judgment, or both we can not allow our brains to process this information. That is why some people can see ghosts and others cannot.

i do believe there is a spiritual world or dimension...anyone can see spirits under certain conditions i think. Another thing to consider is that spirits are not mindless clouds of glowdust...they are intelligent beings. Personally i believe that Lucifer and the angels under him were bound by God to reside in the earth. Most of the "ghosts" that are seen i think are just these fallen angels trying to instill fear in people and decieve them about the afterlife...its done in such a way as to make it look like the tragic deaths of persons left their ghost in a certain place...although it is a possibility that a tragic death makes some sort of rift between dimensions that makes it easier for them to show themselves....its most likey just a covienient place to scare people and get away with it without exposing who or what they really are though...that would be detrimental to their cause.

I have seen one in my life but I have 'felt' the presence of other 'ghosts', most loved ones who recently died. The one I saw was when I worked night shift on a cancer ward. She was a nurse who had been killed and she would appear walking the halls of the hospital. I had no idea what she looked like but after describing what I had seen to the other nurse working with me, she confirmed that yes, that was the departed nurse.

I dont believe ghosts can have a physical affect on the environment. I do believe there is energy among us consistent with beings or some such thing, but in the physical sense I dont believe in them at all.

Ghosts are real. Seeing them is not something I think you want to try to achieve. Once you do you may wish you never did. Please don't listen to people that say ghosts are harmless and its fun to see them. They may be leading you on a path you may not be able to get off. Remember, ghosts may not be what they appear to be.

Ghosts are real, you can see them but you shouldn't. Most of them are evil spirit led and are out for devilish missions. They are roaming about the earth delivering (evil) messages. They should be rebuked and not desired to be seen or felt.

Sure they are real just as many other things are that people conger up in their heads. They are only real if a person wants them to be real. Fear makes them even more real to many.
