It's a nice thought, but there are no flight links between these airports.
Depending on the time of day, the drive between the airports (33miles / 52 km) could be between 35 -75 minutes. Signs are reasonably clear, looking for Glasgow, M77. You will then need to look out for the M8. Glasgow International is off junction 28.
If you were travelling on public transport, trains leave Prestwick and arrive into Glasgow Central Station. Trains operate every half hour (hourly on Sundays) to/from Glasgow Central Station between the hours of 06:00 - 23:08. All passengers receive free or half price rail travel. Incidentally, Glasgow Prestwick is the only airport in Scotland served by its own railway station.
There are then frequent bus services (between every 10-30 minutes depending on the day/time you are travelling) from Buchanan Street bus station - minutes from Central Station. These are operated by Citylink and Fairline buses (No.905) which take 25 minutes to get to Glasgow International. The fare is around £3.50 single.
Alternatively, a taxi from Central Station to Glasgow Airport would cost about £20.
If you want to check a route planner, the postcode for Prestwick Airport is KA9 2PL, and Glasgow International is PA3 2RS.
Hope this helps.
Happy travels
;-)

There are no flight services between these two unless you want to hire a light aircraft!!....and that would be very expensive and it probably couldn't take your luggage on board anyway...lol
They are regular bus and train services linking both these airports, and they are services that is also provided to both these airports to and from Glasgow city centre.
The drive is approx 30-40 mins. A on-line route planner will provide you with the route you should go if you are maybe hiring a car for the journey. Try AA or RAC route planner.

You are obviously unaware of the size of Glasgow. The drive from one airport to the other takes 25 minutes maximum. There is a bus & a rail link though.
