elections is one of my parts of our great country becasue we can hold our politicians accountable we they are not serving the interests of the people that voted them into office.

david c - you assume that all of your liberal friends know how to write, which is a stretch, because like you, many of them cannot spell or put together complete thoughts or sentences. Then the kicker would be to actually be able to write an entire letter, including the address and then be able to figure out that it needs to go into an envelope and then it needs postage and then it has to be mailed... That it is a huge undertaking for any liberal, as it would require them to actually get up and do something... I'm sure that there is a government program somewhere to teach people to write letters, it would really help build their self esteem. Maybe someday when you get out of day care, david c, someone could show you how to write a letter...

I'm sure that you are bewitched and befuddled over how this war can go on if 70% of people are against it... Oh my david c, could it be that your source was no good or that the poll was flawed or that you read something into it that wasn't there? Or, horrors, that the media outlet that you based your stupidity upon had an agenda that slanted the questions to get the answers they wanted... oh david c... go find your crayons and start writing that letter right now...

No. But wouldn't that be something if you could hold a national election on hot topics like that and go with the majority vote? Let's vote on ending the war, gay marriage, lowering taxes, increasing the minimum wage, free public healthcare......

David-

DEAD ON!!!!!!!!!!!

Merely voting is not enough. We have to bombard our government. We all have to let them know how we feel and how strongly we feel about these issues. We can not keep sitting on the sidelines.

We, as they, have to realize that neither the GOP or DNC will EVER have a majority of the population as 60% are moderate...Moderates can and will end their term.

Sadly, I am only one af a few who actually does anything, so PAC's have all the controll that they want.

The only people who want our troops to come home are the damn liberals who don't understand what we're doing. I bet if you asked the troops if they wanted to come home more than half of them would say no because they are doing the right thing. They are out there liberating all of these countries, making the world better, and keeping us safe. I get so sick and tried of liberals who think we should bring the troops back. If there are any liberals here shove it up your ***.
