Headache, Vomiting in a coach?

One time when I was sitting in a coach during a holiday, it passed through a very twisted road. It kept swerving left and right and left etc for about 1 hour. I got a very bad headache and my father vomited. Why is that so?

its called motions sickness, ur head and ur body are not communicating...meaning ur eyes see one thing but ur body tells u otherwise
