When she is not at her desk, put some mouthwash or gum or mints on her desk. She will get the hint. Plus this way she doesnt know its you that did it. Unless you want her to know, then you could just talk to her about it.

Personally I don't like to be blunt with people (particularly ones I have to work with on a regular basis), I prefer a more subtle route. I keep gum and mints with me, and if someone's breath is terrible, I have a piece and then offer them one as well. Most of the time the person realizes they may have bad breath, or likes the taste, so they accept. If they turn down one, I offer them the other. By that point, they usually take the hint and have one. It's not 100% effective, but it helps a lot.

Try casually offering her a mint or gum whenever you notice it. If she never gets the hint, then either you, or if she has a close friend there, take her aside in private, and tell her very kindly.
Reassure her that you are not trying to embarrass her, and you just thought she'd want to know. (And she would, trust me). Some dental conditions or even other health problems can cause bad breath. If she uses good oral hygiene (and she probably does) and still has this problem, she needs to see a dentist, to start.

Offer her mints and gum all of the time, make a slightly disgusted face when she talks to you without directly comin out and saying it or doing it blatantly
Personally i would just come out and say she has some bad breath, but thats not for everyone.
Anonymus note on her desk saying "you have bad breath...i left mouthwash in your drawer, and expect you to use it"
Take a picutre of her and draw stink lines coming out of her mouth and leave it for her :)

Well, instead of telling her she has bad breath, every time you approach her, offer her a mint or some gum. She will take the hint.

I don't think you should. It's sort of impolite...
What you should do, however, is have lots of onion and garlic for breakfast or lunch and breathe fumes right back at her. Then say, "Oh, my...someone's breath smells so bad! I've noticed it every day for a while now actually." and act like it's not you!

thats hard to do without hurting her feelings. Maybe you could get some gum and be like "hey you want a piece of gum?" Or maybe put a thing of tic tacs on her desk while she isn't there, maybe she'll get the hint.

"Ah, the disturbing aroma.. Hey, I was wondering, how many times do you brush your teeth in a day?" Or, give her some mints. Say, "Hey, do you like mints? I love how they refresh a mouth. It's sensational, I think you should buy a pack."
