60s: The Beates...need I say more? Got to see them twice as a teenager.
70s: I was into Elton John and Rod Stewart, but for a group, the Eagles for their versatility.
80s: You might laugh at this, but last year my teenage daughter introduced me to Motley Crue. During the 80s, I didn't pay attention to them. Guess I was into less raucous music. Now, 'tho, I think they are amazing and even went to see them in concert last fall. Best concert I'd ever been to, and I've been to a ton of them over the years (grew up in the 60s in SF going to Winterland and the Fillmore a lot during my younger years!)
90s: This is hard; guess I'd have to say Audioslave. I think they are awesome.

def leppard always brings me back to the seventh grade when i first heard pour some sugar on me. i thought that song was so cool, and every time i hear it i think about that year. gnr was awesome too, i loved you could be mine
