I like milk too and drink it all day long over anything else. Not hot milk though. Milk is good for you.

Not an expert here but milk is very filling so there are a couple of problems. Do you eat a balanced diet otherwise? If you do, then depending on your age, the fat and calories might cause a weight problem.
How old are you? If you are a kid, the milk ican be an important source of calcium. If you are an adult, you don't really need it. I tend to believe a theory that I read that milk causes an addictive allergic reaction. Your body cannot digest milk molecules properly but you feel cravings for it. I go through periods of that. I also believe that your body is telling you that you are not getting enough calcium. And I believe that you might be under a lot of stress because calcium helps calm you and let you sleep. Hence hot milk as a long-standing remedy for sleeplessness.

My father, a doctor, used to say "milk is for babies". Milk has many positve effects, like Vitamin D and calcium. The only problem with ingesting a lot of milk, is the butterfat. The butterfat raises your chloresterol levels, and that causes heart disease.
If you drink 1% milk, you will get the same amount of cholesterol in 4 glasses that you would get from 1 glass of regular milk.
So, what you should do, is switch to 1% or skim milk. Then 4 glasses a day wont really affect your health.

Actually, drinking lots of milk is probably really good for you, unless you're consuming too much fat or too many calories in the milk. It would be good if you drank skim milk, if you don't already.

better not drink too much coz it makes ur poo soft.. try to limit it like 3 times a day...that wud be fine.. warm milk is better than cold milk.. be sure not to drink too much! =)
