I used to be insanely shy when it comes to spying eye-candy. Still am to some extent. I used to have a crush on this guy that worked at a local shop, I thought he was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. One time, he came up and asked if he could help me, and I could actually feel the blood rushing to my cheeks, they felt like they were on fire! My mind was racing with all sorts of ways in which he could "help me" but all I could do was stare at him for what must have been a slightly uncomfortable amount of time (i blame his eyes) and he laughed when i finally managed a "no thank you". I smiled and thanked him and stole glances at him as I was looking around the shop. I always kicked myself after that for not making a move.
So, to answer your question, now i would have to say that i would approach them. If they already seem interested, all the better. I'd make eye contact and smile (blushing uncontrollably all the while), and try to strike up a conversation, because if they're attractive but have no brain in that beautiful head, they're not the guy of my dreams.

I would be very shy, but I might find an excuse to go talk to them. But I can't really know if they're the guy of my dreams just by looking at him, the guy of my dreams has an amazing personality, too.

Yes. You never know what will happen unless you take a step forward. If I did not approach them I would always wonder what might have been.

If I was in the right place and the time was right and it was the right person, yes I wouldn't hesitate to approach them any longer. I have waited long enough and I want this person now.......

NO way!!! If they are checking me out.. They will aproach me.... unless I wuz a guy, and then yeah I wuld, definitly!! Guys were made with balls of steel and show little care or concern when it comes to a chic they like... They aint afraid to aproach.... I like that. And if I was wit someone and that guy of my dreams aproached me..... I would go wit the guy of my dreams.
