APPROACHABILITY...someone who listens without judgment, loves no matter what.....and can see through the veil of ire, angst and depression.

Since I'm a woman I'll give this a new perspective, unless somebody has already beat me to it. I admire strength in other women that I know, because I know quite a few women who are older than me who have gone through lots of hardship and many of them have such great strength, and it's an inspiration to me :)
