copy and paste it into the email box and then send it to Yourself@whereever.com (whatever your own email adress is)

Okay, go to the website, and look at the top of the page for the "Address:" Bar,
click in there so that the whole thing is hi-lighted then right-click and click "copy"
then go to your e-mail
and put YOUR e-mail address in the "To" spot, then in the body of the e-mail, right click and click "paste"
then send it

you can just use your own email address if they have a sent to a friend button, otherwise, left click and drag to high light the information, right click and copy, then open a word document and paste, hope it helps
