Go to the doctor and get your ears syringed. It sounds much worse than it is. All the doctor does is shoot a jet of warm water into your ear.

You should see what comes out. : (

You will be able to hear all sorts until your ears get used to the different levels of noise again. I quite like syringing.

Ear candles are a hoax.

My hubby had some hopi ear candle treatment recently, he was nicely surprised by how effective they were. However, he's also got some ear drops and they seem to work better.

Why not think about having your ears syringed? Apparently it works wonders.

yes it works really well i was having problems with my hearing , doctor said they did not need syringing etc and refer ed me for a hearing test. i tried Hopi ear candles and the girl managed to get lots of wax out and my hearing was back to normal.

the only wax that comes out of your ear is from the candle,if you have badly blocked ears, go to a dr and have it fixed, you can damage your ear canal with these candles.

Try eardrops first, and then get them syringed. Ear candles are a bit of a con in my opinion.
Yes I have used them.

My best friend has actually tried them on her son who has very waxy ears. They didn't seem to help at all.

be careful with syringing though because it encourages more wax to come back. More syringing, more wax = more syringing
