You need to graduate High School and then go on to college for 17 more years. After that, you have to work as an unpaid intern for the International Hacking Company for 22 years. By then you will be 57 years old and ready to be a hacker. Good luck to you.

yeah the world is full of idiots who want to hack/slash/chop everything...you dont need to hack emails/sites unless you do it for a living
to learn those stuff you can start learning what a computer is,,,
