How can we get to know ruptured and unruptured ectopic?

Depending upon ruptured and unruptured ectopic, treament will be different, so, I want to know how can we feel if it is ruptured or others..

An unruptured ectopic pregnancy produces localized pain due to dilatation of the fallopian tube.When a tubal embryo start to grow, some sort of abdominal pain could be felt but you will not know it is ectopic as it could simulate any usual abdominal pain just like colic,indigestion,you could not predict not unless you know you are pregnant, by then you can have the suspicion of an ectopic pregnancy.Ultrasound can detect it.

When the fetus has grown and overstretched the fallopian tube,it turns as ruptured ectopic pregnancy.The signs will be intensified pain radiating to the shoulders,vaginal bleeding (which could absent in some cases),one with significant bleeding will be pale and collapsed probably,with fast heart beats,and low blood pressure.Once you have such symptoms and you know you are pregnant ,you have to go to hospital immediately.

Generally ,ectopic pregnancy is not easily identified as it occurs from 1- 3 months of pregnancy and and signs are often mistaken for another diagnosis that is why female of child-bearing age who presents with acute abdominal pain should be suspected for an ectopic pregnancy.

(P.S. Don't worry that much.I got a ruptured ectopic preg after my first child but now I got 4 kids.So cheer up .)

If you have an ectopic pregnancy, the treatment is actually the same regardless if it is ruptured or unruptured. You will need surgery to remove the growing cells. Most women experiencing this will have lots of abdominal pain and even some right shoulder pain. There have been cases when the ectopic pregnancy ruptures that the pain is relieved for a short time. This is because the pressure has been let off some. The pain will eventually return though because of the bleeding and the infection that will soon start.
