He is in an affair up to his eyelids. The question is not, "Is HE?", but should be, "What should she do about it?"
If her husband is just a commoner, with a two bit pay check, just get the heck out of there. If he make a substantial amount, which is more likely as an affair take some dough, get a PI to get pics then take him to the cleaners with a good lawyer, he has to pay in the end for all your league expenses and alimony.
God I hope this couple doesn't have kids. That would really suck.

What is the quality level of their relationship? If you are miserable you are more prone to have an affair than if you are happy in a relationship. Affairs (not to be confused with one time seductions) occur many times because one partner is unfulfilled (though there are other less common reasons). That doesn’t legitimize the action of an affair but it’s good to understand nonetheless. Has one partner lost respect for the other? IN a marriage it is important to communication and be open and both partners must be willing to compromise to allow what is important to the other to be achieved.
You do have a great deal of evidence not to mention the physical evidence (bra, unless he is moonlighting as a female impersonator). Things are not always as they seem, maybe most the time though…

it is very hard to predict a man. most of the girls are loving their man with all their heart but man never realize that. Man likes to flirt around eventhough they have a girlfriend or wife.
having a girls phone number in his phone does not mean that he has an affair but his attitude will tell. if he always go out & never take the wife along, always have a secret conversation through his handphone, leave his phone off whenever at he is at home, never enjoy the sex with u like before or always try to quarrel, these are the sign that he has an affair with other girl!
Most of the girl never prefer to have an affair after married but men does. Men can hide their affair but time will tell.

There is always a chance he isn't but unfortunately i've been in a situation like that before, only i wasn't the wife getting cheated on, i was one he was cheating with. After work every night we would hang out for an hour or two then he would go home to his wife. Also sometimes he would pretend he was going to work but really call out and spend the whole day with me. He lived 45 mins away so it was like he lived a double life. He was my boyfriend and everyone knew it, we would go out to eat and play pool as if we both had nothing to hide. I stopped talking to him after a year, thankfully she never found out because it would have broken her heart...

Sounds very much like he could be having an affair. My first problem is why he would program a name like "hott baby girl" on his phone if he knows his wife as access to it. Who wouldn't get susp??? My next problem is... in a marrage who has friends that your mate hasn't talk to or seen at least once?? Don't drive yourself crazy wondering... Just ask. Look closely at his reaction. If you know your man, you'll know if he's lying or not. Or call her. It's your relationship, don't be shy about fighting for it

All the clues indicate that he is having an affair but she should make further enquiries - can she afford a private eye?
His girlfriend isn't much good though if he's only an hour late coming home ... a quick f**k and then he's dressed and in his car? Your friend should dump him anyway if he can't perform!

If your friend's husband has a woman in his cell phone listed under "My Hott Baby" I would say he's a moron who can't spell and is probably cheating. But what matters is what your friend thinks and what she chooses to do about it.

has he stoped having sex with her and does he argue with her and has he started dressing up a little more than before does he take more showers if yes to any of these i would like to take your girl friend out on a date and forget about him
or you have some kids to him then leave him and go him for child support that would screw him
or get one of your male friends to follow him

send a text message saying it was a wonderful time we had can we do it again
