It has been known to happen that a female while taking a shower will get the urge. As she doesn't want to get out, dry off, and resume shower, she does something expedient. (I have no problem with that)
The general problem is that females are not equipped with a....ummmm...spout. At the end of the pee, when the stream degenerates to a dribble, it's like pouring a liquid out of a drinking glass too slowly---there are dribbles down the "sides".

Yes and no. Yes they can pee standing but no they don't want to because it goes down the inside of there thighs to their ankles so unless they want a shower they squat.

Why would we want to pee standing up?
Technically we can, but we'll make a huge mess on our selves.

yes, we can pee while standing but, it runs down the sides of our legs. Guys are so lucky!

Definitly.But the urine will pass over their thighs and legs .So they don't pee standing

They dont have penis like thing to control and direct you pee into the pan....
